Montgomery Deanery

Sr. Terry is a member of the Missionary Servants of the Most Blessed Trinity. She holds a B.S. in Secondary Education, a Master of Religious Education (M.R.E), and Certificates in: Pastoral Studies, Spiritual Direction and Human Development.

Sr. Terry served as a parish Director of Religious Education in Mobile and New York City as well as working in Diocesan Offices in the Richmond (VA), Juneau (AK), and Jackson (MS) dioceses. She also served as Pastoral Minister at the Co-Cathedral in Tallahassee, FL.

Sr. Terry began serving in the Archdiocese of Mobile in August, 2005 as the Associate Director for Religious Education in the Montgomery Deanery. The Diocesan Office of Religious Education in Montgomery exists to give personal service to the parishes of the Montgomery Deanery. Sr. Terry meets regularly with the Catechetical Leaders, as well as striving to visit the pastors and parish communities of the deanery, providing assistance as needed.

Special efforts are made to respond to requests for Certification and Advanced certification Programs, offering retreat days and assistance with Adult Education programs, including Why Catholic? and Generations of Faith.

The Office of Religious Education maintains a small resource library with, not only books and magazines, but audio-visual materials for use with parish groups of all ages.
